He was predeceased by: his parents, Wynema Godwin and Lawrence Burk; and his daughter Tena King. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Burk; his sons, Robert Heim (Linda) of Spurger, Randal Heim (Lisa) of Liberty and Charles Burk (Dan Anne) of Silsbee; his son-in-law John Paul King of Bronson; and his grandchildren, Bradley Heim (Alysia), Ryan Heim, Ashley Rich, Lindsey Newcomer, JoDee Jordan (Chris), Corey King (Sarah), Molly Drake (Walter), Kenley Burk, Carson Heim and Mason Heim.
