He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Lee Bickham and Tom S. Smith. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Smith; his children, Jamie Lawrence Smith (Vicky) of Shiloh, Illinois, Cassy Lee Jannise (Chris) of Vidor, Adam Drake (Ashley) of College Station and Ashley Bloodworth Adkins (Greg) of Vancouver, Washington; and his sister Willa Nora White (Mike) of Beaumont. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
