He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Margaret Kozok Kelley and Wiley Ballard Kelley; and his sister Rose Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Kelley; his sons, Adam Kelley (Amber) of Lumberton, Jason Kelley of Silsbee and Christopher Kelley (Megan) of Kirbyville; his grandchildren, Harley Kelley, Maddie Kelley, Wiley Kelley and Insley Kelley; and his sisters, Reba Bass (Jerry) of Alvin and Beatrice Harrison (Pat) of Warren. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
