She was predeceased by: her parents, Junious Norment and Nannie Sams Norment; her husband Jack McCain; and her sisters, Lena Mae Pennock, Sylvia Ward, Mattie Lopez, Frances Taylor and Peggy Lindsey.
She is survived by: her children, Gordon McCain (Jerrianne), Diane Wood (Jeff), Donna Workman (Jimmy) and Doreen Van Dyke (Jim); her siblings, Jerry Norment (Jeannette), Jean Daugherty and Betty Joe Phillips; her grandchildren, Breezy McCain (Anthony Facundo), Jacqueline Pace (Steven), Joshua Chatham, Jeremiah Workman, Jeff Workman, Jimmy Workman, James Workman, Ashleigh Rohrbaugh (Rick), Micah McCain (Bethany), Jon Van Dyke (Marishka Ozmun) and Kyle Van Dyke; her great grandchildren, Aaron McCain (Melanie), Clay Nagelmueller, Maci Burley, Colton Pace, Benjamin Roksiewicz and Molly Rohrbaugh; and her great great grandchild Lainey McCain. She is also survived by extended family, friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Lumberton Family Funeral Home (766 S Main St, Lumberton, TX 77657).
