Though Samuel Lowell may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Samuel Lowell touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgia Alma Davis Barrow and David Samuel Barrow; his wife Delores Ann Barrow; his son Donald Barrow; and his siblings, Edith Kaemmerling, Lloyd Barrow and David Ottis Barrow.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Kay Oliver of Lufkin, Ottis Olan Barrow (Brenda) of Silsbee and Becky Blythe (Harold) of Sam Rayburn. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
