He was predeceased by: his parents, Lovis Burnett Haley and Donie Miller Haley; and his siblings, Doyle Haley and Gloria Carmona. He is survived by: his wife Gail; and his children, Kylan Eason, Teresa Woods (Justin) and Kellie Sims (Charles). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
