He was predeceased by: his grandfather Herman McCullough; his great-grandparents, Charles and Billie Ruth Cowley; and his cousin Dakota Cowley. He is survived by: his parents, Billy Cowley and Lisa Cowley; his brother Colby McCullough; his grandparents, Carol Myers, Billy (Cowboy) and Margaret Cowley; his aunts and uncles, Jeff, Lauri McCullough, Stephanie Cowley, Rhonda and Adam Jannetti; his nephews, Caydence and Bryten McCullough; and his cousins, Logan, Lindsey McCullough, Ethan, Henry and Hazel Janetti.
