He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Martinez and Noberta Martinez; and his brothers, Rodolfo Martinez, Antonio Martinez and Raul Martinez.
He is survived by: his wife Antonia; his children, Adolfo Martinez, Jr. and Ninfa Martinez; and his brother Jose Martinez. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
