She was predeceased by: her parents, Roberto Elizardo and Guadalupe Elizardo (Vega); her sons, Guadalupe Maldonado and Martin Anthony Maldonado; her sisters, Antonia Hacker, Estella Rangel and Odelia Martinez; and her brother-in-law Manuel Maldonado, Jr..

She is survived by: her close friend Martin G. Martinez of Sinton, Texas; her children, Kevin Maldonado of Ingleside, Texas, Elsie Cancino (Marty) of Sinton and Betsy Maldonado of Corpus Christi, Texas; and her siblings, Roberto Elizardo (Antonia) of Taft, Ruben Elizardo of Woodsboro, Raymond Elizardo (Ramina) of Taft, Texas and Audelia Silvas of Corpus Christi, Texas..

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel (606 S San Patricio St, Sinton, TX 78387). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church - Taft (120 E Escobedo St, Taft, TX 78390). A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the Lamas Memorial Park Cemetery (800 Ave C, Taft, TX 78390).
