He was predeceased by: his parents, Estel Berry and Dora Berry (Williams); and his siblings, Bobby J. Berry, Johnny L. Berry and Patsy Griffin.
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Patty Kocurek of Sinton, Texas and Mitch Berry (Pamela Emerson) of Adkins, Texas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
