He is survived by: his wife Teresa Sierra Gibson; his daughters, Elizabeth Nieto (Michael) of Sinton, Margaret "Meg" Keese (Marty) of California and Cassandra Clouse (Alexander) of Colorado; his stepson Charles Gibson (Margaret) of Austin, Texas.; his grandchildren, Madeline, Emma Nieto, Simon, Ian Keese, Oliver, Lillian Gibson and Elliot Gary Clouse; his siblings, Norman Wesley Gibson (Linda) of Rockport, Sharon Kastner (Dennis) of Sinton and Russell Gibson (Mitzie) of Sinton; and his mother-in-law Ramona Sierra. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, a brother-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
