He is survived by: his wife Joyce Morgan of Sinton, Texas; his daughter Rebecca Lynn Morgan of Corpus Christi, Texas; his granddaughter Leah Simpson; and his siblings, Gary Smeltz (Margie) of Pennsylvania, Kathy Kelley of Kentucky and Brenda Grant (Bob) of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces.
