He is survived by: his mother Eva Tobar (Moreno) of Sinton, Texas; and his siblings, Ricardo Tobar (Marisella) of Corpus Christi, Texas, Lisa Castillo (Joey Aceves) of Sinton and Jeanelle Tobar Orellana (Jose) of Louisiana. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
