She was predeceased by: her parents, W. R. Gannaway and Thelma Gannaway of Lubbock. She is survived by: her brother Gary Gannaway (Paula); and her children, James Holley and Denise Cook-Smith. She is also survived by spouses, grandchildren and cousins.
