She was predeceased by : her parents, Ray Moser and Alice Moser; and her siblings, Irene Jones and Bill Moser. She is survived by : her husband Marvin Hartman; her son Thomas Westbrook (Lisa) of Jacksonville, FL; her stepson Chris Hartman of Topeka, KS; and her daughter Shelly Morris (Jerome) of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
