She was predeceased by : her parents, John James Marsala and Marie C. Ryba; her husband Ronald B. Perkovich; her children, Ronda Ann Borrayo and Ronald Perkovich Jr.; and her niece Kristian Fox.

She is survived by : her children, Victoria (Jason Sanders), Timothy (Susan Perkovich), Charlotte (Jim Mcgrath) and John Perkovich. She is also survived by her numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
