She was predeceased by : her parents, Eulalio F. Garcia and Jesusa A. Garcia (Paula H. Garcia); her husband Willie E. Owens; and her grandmother Anita Aguirre. She is survived by : her children, Debbie Owens, Willie Ed Owens Jr., Rene Lee Owens, Victoria Ann Owens, Larry Hollis and Lillie B. Owens; and her siblings, Jesusa Lamascus, Elida Menchaca, Rosa Rodriguez, John Montellano, Anita Villalobos, Jesse Aguirre and Edwardo Garcia. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews and cousins.
