He is survived by: his great grandchildren, Molly and Riley; his daughters, Connie Petty (Jeff) and Tina Collins (Michael); and his sister Cindy Headrick. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
