He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Stall (Stasny); his grandsons, William "Todd" Waggoner and Steven Lovelace; and his son-in-law Wes Garratt. He is survived by: his grandsons, Bill, Ken, Johnie, Wes and Todd; his wife Margie Stall (Brewer); his daughters, Rita Waggoner-Kalina (Johnie) and Sue Ann Garratt; his granddaughter Tina Waggoner; and his siblings, Robert Stall, Betty Schutz and Nancy Gosch (Jerry). He is also survived by 3 great-granddaughters, 7 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Foundation in memory of Milburn Stall.
