She was predeceased by: her parents, Izell O'Neal and Orvis O'Neal; and her sister Sue Caster. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Fowler; her children, Bryan Fowler (Tammy), Bruce Fowler (Sheila) and Kelly Radford (Roger); and her grandchildren, Brennen Fowler (Caitlyn), Jerrod Fowler (Holly Skillings), Chelsea Lennox (Joey), Haley Savage (Levi), Lexi Fowler (Stephen Schovajsa), Justin Luna (Sam), Sheridan Lozano (Xavier), Levi Sinclair (Kylie Miller), Michael Radford (Alex) and Alicia Cline (Mike).
