He was predeceased by: his parents, Andres Gutierrez and Maria Gloria Gutierrez (Ballentin); his son Matthew Gutierrez; and his siblings, Valentine Carrisalez, Mark Sosa, Alfredo Carrisalez, Andres Gutierrez and Lupe Montoya.
He is survived by: his wife Lionor Gutierrez of Snyder, TX; his children, Traci Gutierrez of Snyder, TX, Lupio Gutierrez, Adam Gutierrez, Daniel Gutierrez and Noah Gutierrez; and his siblings, Johnny Sosa, Jessie Sosa, Virginia Lara, Josie Sosa, Annette Sosa and Alicia Sosa. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren;and 1 Great-Grandchild.
