She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Eaves and Lytle Eaves; her siblings-in-law, Audry and Bonnie Head; and her siblings, Donnie and Ella.
She is survived by: her daughter Kristi (Clint) of Aledo, Texas.; her husband Morris Head; her children, Keith Head (Candace) of Great Falls, Montana and Michael Head (Joan) of Snyder; her grandchildren, Stacy Fontanez (George), Cody Head (Ashley), Tyrell Head (Sabra), Regan Head (Karyss), Taylor Bramow (Jason), Carly Siddons and Katie Siddons; and her family, Rachel, Janie, Polly, Billie, Linda and Buffie.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to The Alzheimer's Association.
