She is survived by: her husband Tom Guy; her children, Miranda Hackford, Bryan Daniels, Justin Guy (Jessica), Taylor Guy (Amanda), West and Jonathan Guy; her siblings, Donna Davis (Brent), Steven Daniels (Stephanie), Michael Daniels and Thyrena Burdick (Joe); her grandchildren, Breauna Hall Webb, Bailey Hall, Adrienne Martinez, Jaci Guy, Jordan Guy, Jayda Watzlavik, Teagan Guy, Joylynn Guy, Tres Guy and Jaxson Guy; and her mother-in-law Joyce Guy.
