He is survived by: his wife Oralia Rodriguez; his children, Christina (Miguel Quiros), Christopher (Elena Rodriguez), Priscilla Rodriguez and Jacob (Kristina Rodriguez); and his brothers, Domingo Rodriguez of Denver, Colorado, Paul Rodriguez of Abilene, Texas, Raul Rodriguez of Snyder, Texas and Tony Rodriguez of Mississippi. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
