He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Elliott and Lora Elliott (Tuckness); and his siblings, Charles Elliott, Delmo Elliott and Maeola Elliott Ramsey.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Retta; his children, Rhonda Elliott Dacus of Snyder and Ricky Elliott (Effie) of Snyder; his grandchildren, Kendra Groves of Snyder, Bryson Elliott of Roscoe and Austin Elliott of Abilene; his great grandchild Kyler Groves of Snyder; and his sisters, Juanita Goff of Colorado City and Coleta Squiers of Ingram. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
