She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Joseph and Kate Denoux Politz. She is survived by: her husband John Mayson; her brother Tim Politz; her siblings-in-law, Paul Brown, Sam Mayson and Ruth Mayson; her children, Brent Mayson (Jessica) and Cheri Longan (James); her grandchildren, Danielle Salazar (Anthony), Caleb Longan and Joseph Mayson; her great grandchildren, Knox Salazar and Sloan Salazar; her sister Terry Politz Brown; her grandson Jacob Longan; her caregiver Brandi Warner; and her daughter Trinitie Warner.

Cathy's family is requesting all donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
