It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lina Jacqueline Murray of Somerville, Texas, born in Florence, Texas, who passed away on October 25, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Yves Tani and Ersula Richolet; and her husband E. W. Murrray.

In lieu of flowers, Lina may be remembered with donations to the Lyons Extension Club and the First United Methodist Church of Somerville.

“4/21/2023 Hello Eyvette. I was very saddened to learn of your mother’s passing, only yesterday. I saw Veronica Schoppe Fick, at the post office, and she told me. Lina had a definite positive impact on my life. She being post master, I saw her often and we conversed regularly.
