She was loved and cherished by many people including : her father Alfredo Sánchez; her children, Louie A. Pérez (Amy) of San Angelo, Marisol L. Pérez (David Armendáriz) of San Antonio and Stephanie R. Minjarez (Jesse Rene) of San Angelo; her grandchildren, Jordan Rene Minjarez (Yvonne) of San Angelo, Joshua I. Minjarez of Statesboro, Georgia, Jonah R. Minjarez of Arlington, Texas, Karina A. Pérez, Andrew Pérez of San Angelo, Xiména Maria Armendáriz and Xótchitl Maria Flor Armendáriz of San Antonio, Texas.; her great grandchildren, Anali Montserrat and Amiyah Grace Minjarez of San Angelo, Texas.; her extended family Hector; her husband Louis A. Pérez, Jr. of Sonora; and her mother Marcelina Noriega Sánchez. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.

Our heartfelt and thankful family will graciously accept any donations in her honor to Angelo Catholic School in San Angelo, Texas, or any catholic charity of your choice.

“Alma was a woman I admired and respected. She was always warm and friendly when we were growing up and when visited her home in Sonora. She was intelligent, kind, and giving. I thank you, Alma, for your support for my daughter’s AMAS organization when she was at ASU. Like I did, she admired and respected you. Rest in Peace with your parents and mine!”
