He was predeceased by: his father Bob Slagle; and his uncle Henry Slagle. He is survived by: his mother Martha Slagle; his children, Jaden Slagle (Amy), Zachary Slagle (Kate) and Kelli Velasquez; his siblings, Andrew Slagle (Marina), R. C. Slagle and Elizabeth Slagle-Rubenstein (Yosh); his siblings' children, Sara Willingham (Andrew), Aimee Slagle, Lauren Slagle, Andrew Slagle and Seth Slagle (Starr); and his great-nephew Seth Jr.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to one of Bobby's favorite causes, American Cancer Society or the S&S Youth Sports Association.
