He was predeceased by : his parents, Claud Sheets and Nannie Lou Archer Sheets; and his siblings, Alice Johnson, Grace Harmon, Frances Cudd, Zola Mitchell, Daniel (Pinky), Martin, Branch, Leroy and Floyd.
He is survived by : his wife Jo Nell Brummett Sheets; his children, Lynn Sheets (Denise) of Avon, Indiana, Diana Beth Mohler of Albuquerque, Mark Sheets (Charlotte) of Spearman, Texas, Lisa Lewis of Christoval, Texas, Ladd Sheets (Claude III) and Anne Reynolds (Dan) of Arcadia, Oklahoma; his brother Willis Sheets of Round Rock, Texas; and his grandchildren, Lindsey Sheets, Kyler Sheets, Jackson Sheets, Sam Ayres, Lacey Dobbins, Russell Sheets, Tori Sheets, Elliott Sheets, Leslie Morgan, Harrison Lewis, Rachel Lewis, Alexis Stossell and Maddie Sheets. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
The family requests memorials be in his honor to one's favorite charity.
