He was predeceased by: his father Fausto Jaquez. He is survived by: his mother Maria Jaquez of Spearman, Texas; and his siblings, Victor Jaquez (Melinda) of Spearman, Texas, Lorena Serrano (Gerardo) of Guymon and Mayra Jaquez of El Paso, Texas.
