He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Ooley and Mary Dougherty Ooley; and his siblings, Jimmy, Edith Cage and Pat.
He is survived by: his wife Reba Hale; his children, Sonya (Hadley Reed) and Justin Ooley (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Audy (Holly), J. D. (Baylee), Addison (Eathan Laymen) and Kambrea; his great grandchildren, Lucy, Grady and Ace; and his sisters, Hershelene Turner of Sunray and Marilee Bulls (Bobby) of Amarillo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hansford Cemetery (9979 TX-15, Spearman, TX 79081).
