She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewell Jackson and Lillie Mae Reynolds; her husband Don Scruggs; and her grandsons, Jeremy McNeely and Jeremy Walker.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Scruggs, Rocky Blackburn, Ricky Scruggs, Donna Collins, Cindy Fulcher (Robert) and Sue McNeely (Sammy). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; along with many nephews and nieces and other loving family and friends.
