He is survived by: his wife Linda Slater; his daughters, Cindy Danielson, Angela Walters and Sharon Fitzgerald; his grandchildren, Rainie, Alex, Kely, Kristopher, Anna, Abbie and Ashley; and his great grandchildren, Iris, Trinity, Dahlyla, Scarlett, Alice, Micheal, William and Bowie.
