She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Cagle and Wanda Parrish Walker; her sister Teresa Jenkins; her sister-in-law Carol Armstrong; her nieces, Christy Boyd and Krista Armstrong; and her nephew Christopher Armstrong.

She is survived by: her husband Gary Armstrong; her daughters, April, Aubrey Taylor, Kaley and Tank Plunkett; her grandchildren, Caleb Taylor (Emma Railey), Nicholas Taylor (Isabella), Rylan Plunkett and Ellie Plunkett; her nephew Jason; and her niece-in-law Regina Farish. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Leasa's memory to Blooming Grove Methodist Church or to Rose Hill Cemetery.
