He was predeceased by : his mother Ruth Vaughn (Lawson). He is survived by : his father Arlie Vaughn; his wife Donna; his children, Kerry Vaughn II (Betsy), Kylie Ponder (Brent) and Matthew Bryan (Ashley); his grandchildren, Walker, Grayson Ponder, Celeste and Nova Vaughn; his siblings, Amy Vaughn, Toby Vaughn (Denise), Thad Vaughn (Lori), Adam Vaughn (Susan) and Polly Vaughn; his mother-in-law Frances Hamby; his siblings-in-law, Trina Myers (Mark) and Bill Hamby (Jackie); and the mother of his children Jayna Vaughn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations in Kerry's memory to the church they love so much.
