He is survived by: his significant other Jo Ann Allen; his children, Angela Hoover (Brant Saunders), Michael Allen, Margie Ratterman (Gene) and Tammy Morris (Kevin Semple); his grandchildren, Brandy Horton (Melissa), Veronica Dolgener (Garry), Kenneth Hoover, Kody Morris and Kyle Morris; his great grandchildren, Garry, Tristan and Victoria Dolgener; and his siblings, Mary Jo Barge, Lillie Bean, John Allen (Jon) and David Allen (Debbie).
