She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Louise Grant Platt and Thomas William Platt, Jr.; her husband Ollie Amerson; and her brother Louis Platt. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Wade and David William; her granddaughter Christie Elyse Amerson; her son Jeff Amerson; her granddaughter Christie Amerson; her daughter-in-law Michele Amerson; her daughter Brittney; her sister Betty Moody; Trevor Kubena, Cole Sullivan, Carter and Maybrie.
