Commander Charles Taylor (Ret); her children, Charlotte Ann Rumsey and Donald Keith Perry (Sandy); her grandchildren, John Rumsey (Gail), Kathryn Perry and Susan Brokhin (Paul); and her great grandchildren, Hannah Bethea (Jakob), Kara Rumsey, Maxwell, Olivia and Benji Brokhin. She is also survived by nephews, nieces and other extended family.
