She was predeceased by: her parents, F. M. Jett and May Newham Jett of Cushing, OK; her husband Henry L. Cullins; and her son Steve L. Cullins. She is survived by: her son Chris Cullins (Cullins Energy); her daughter-in-law Janice; her grandsons, Travis Cullins and Joshua Cullins (Laken); Price and Wells Cullins.
