He was predeceased by: his parents, James William "JW" Stalcup and Evelyn Ruth Stalcup (Hughes); and his siblings, Patsy Walters (Tony) and Billy Stalcup (Wanda). He is survived by: his wife Lenora Lea "Tooty" Stalcup; his children, Jennifer Kemp (Steve), Jeffrey Hibler (Tanja), Michele Stalcup and Steven Stalcup (Denise); his grandchildren, Ashli Tallman (Cory), Amber Kemp, Devin Propes, Matthew Hibler, Andrew Stalcup and Audrey Hibler; and his great grandchildren, Oakley, Deegan and Denver Tallman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
