He is survived by: his children, James Patillo (Angela), Brandy Nicol (Blair) and Betsy Scroggins (Richard); his grandchildren, Brittany, Justin, James, Heather, Colton, Trevor, Carter, Ricky and Spencer; his great grandchildren, Autum, Bailey, Addy, Charlotte, Jameson and Sophia; and his brothers, Tony and Hollis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
