He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Jessie; and his brothers, Edward, Dean and John.
He is survived by: his children, Jaymi Floyd Bertone of Spring, TX, Tracy Floyd of Scottsdale, AZ and Herbert "Bo" Chesney (Joyce Chesney) of Ruidoso, NM; and his sister Mary Ann Suttles of Prescott, AZ. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
