We announce the death of Jacquelyn Lou Baker of Spring, Texas, born in Winnsboro, Texas, who passed away on October 30, 2026, at the age of 82. Jacquelyn will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Ray Baker; her siblings, Janice Sue Gallegos and Richard Cecil Watkins; her stepsons, Rodney Lynn Baker and Gene Ray Baker Jr.; her great grandchild Noah Alexander Baker; and her parents, Raymond Cecil Watkins and Mary Helen Watkins.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Baker, Christopher Baker, Chad Coulter (Debbie Coulter) and Angel Hamlin (Christopher Hamlin); her stepdaughters, Tammy Frisbie and Tonja Baker; her siblings, Della Faye Bales and Robert Ancil Watkins; and her grandchildren, Lance Baker (Jennifer Baker), Christopher Baker, Cody Baker, Bianca Villarreal (Juan Villarreal), Travis Baker (Maria Baker), Destiny Coulter, Miranda Cline (Jordan Cline) and Gavin Coulter.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Beaty Funeral Home Chapel-Winnsboro (816 W Broadway St, Winnsboro, TX 75494). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
