She was predeceased by: her parents, Bartlett Simms Reid and Lula Jane Tillman Reid; her sister Betty Jane Reid Rice; her brother-in-law Richard Gene Rice; and her granddaughter Lauren Elizabeth Thomson.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Thomson Sr.; her children, Angela Michele Noack (Troy Noack), Jessica Sue Waring of Spring, Texas., Michael Craig Thomson Jr., Shannon Gonce of Bonner, Montana and John William Waring of Spring, Texas.; her siblings, Shirley Ann Reid Embry of Bedias and Edward Allen Reid (Peggy Reid) of Crockett, Texas.; and her great grandchildren, Kendra, Juan Gomez, Jesi, Brad Hadnot, Kirstie, Billy Young, Chris Thomson, Austin, Breanna Stepelton, Dallas Stepelton, Tyler Gonce, Talen, Hailey Waring, Paiton Rubio, Kaila Waring Ranzeiro and Aiden Waring.
