He is survived by: his wife Olivia Lewis; his children, Shannon Black (Michael) of Fulshear, Tara Erdman (Jeff) of North Bend, Erica Jennae Farmer (Jeremy) of Tomball, Jeffrey Daniel Benavides of Spring and Nancy Shae Lewis of Magnolia, Texas; his grandchildren, Logan Daniel, Remy Daniel, Penelope Danielle Benavides, Ryan Hudson Farmer, Anna Lane Black and Benjamin Heath Erdman; and his siblings, Jerry Lewis of McCoy, Texas and Karen Ramirez of San Antonio, Texas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
