It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Scott Young in Spring, Texas, born in Monahans, Texas, who passed away on August 3, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lee and Eva Maurine Young; and his brother John R. Young. He is survived by: his wife Sheila B. Young; his children, Michael Young (Lynette) and Amanda Leary (Michael); his grandchildren, Miranda Young, Amy Huynh, Bradley Buzan, Zach, Lauren Christopher and Owen Leary; his siblings, Steve (Rita), Walter (Cherie), David Young (Linda) and Anna Beth Evans (David); and his sister-in-law Linda Jarrett (Young). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
