She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlene Hazelton (Stafford) and Edward Hazelton; her husband Richard Clouse; and her brothers, Edward Hazelton and Brad Hazelton.
She is survived by: her daughter Jessika Smith; her son-in-law Jeff Smith of Houston; her son Justin "Bumpy" Wooldridge; her daughter-in-law Barbara Wooldridge of Spring, Texas.; her grandchildren, Connor, Courtney Smith, Trenton and Carter Wooldridge; and her sisters, Shirley Peck (Roger) of Jim Falls and Pam Bollom of Chippewa Falls. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Houston SPCA in memory of Sharon's lifelong love of animals.
