He is survived by: his close friend Joanie McCranie of Spring, Texas.; his children, Susan Drury of Gulf Shores, Alabama, Steven (Diane Stricklan), Tanja Kristiansen of Denmark, Brian (Rita Stricklan) and Jordan (Angel Konesheck); his sisters, Carol Stockamp of Hurst, Texas, Teresa Petersen and Kelly Gardner of New Caney, Texas; and his sister-in-law Nora Stricklan of Houston, Texas.. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.
