He is survived by: his wife Keri Crooks; his daughters, Hailey and Macy Crooks; his parents, Debra Swaney and Paul Swaney; his siblings, Amber Dawn, Ashley Klumb (Adam), Adam Segovis (Kelley) and Luke Swaney; his nieces and nephews, Liam, Lilah, Jovie Klumb, Kasen, Brantley Segovis, Daphne, Rya Roberts, Abaigeal, Sophia Spillane, Owen, Molly McGaughey, Leo Serrano, Ryan, Makynzee and Rhett Sinderson; Rip and Mimzy. He is also survived by extended family and countless friends.
